职位描述
1. Must understand Desktop Support areas around Windows 7, Office 2010, desktop/laptop hardware and etc..
2. Deploy, maintain, monitor and support all Windows Desktop infrastructure-related activities of the organization, and escalate the cases to L2/3 support if required.
3.Provide basic infrastructure support including user provision, Windows Active Directory management, Window server script management, patch panel management and etc. .
4. Manage a shared ticket queue of daily system requests.
5. Help communicating end users’ requirements with IT management team.
Fluent English language competency.
Over 2 years working experience in helpdesk.

ITIL knowledge is an added advantage.
