Job Responsibilities:
1. Mainly focus on people management, daily tasks include but are not limited to recruitment, employees’ competence build up and career development, guide, train, care and evaluate the employees.
2. Proactively support and closely cooperate with projects and sales leads, could shoulder some tasks in the project if possible and necessary.

Job Main Requirements:
1. Experienced in people management. Has been working in a managerial position in last around 5 years. Project management experience is a plus.
2. Having proper leadership capability, team leading experience in outsourcing/consultancy business is a plus.
3. Can balance people oriented with result oriented way of working in different circumstances.
4. Reliable, responsible, fair to people and respecting differences.
5. Active and proactive, can initiate and implement change for improvement.
6. Has strong team spirit, can effectively cooperate with different organizations and stakeholders.
7. Good command of communication skills.
Other Requirements:
1. Fluent spoken and written English.
2. Experienced in cross-culture environment.
3. Having knowledge/experience of Scrum and other project management methodologies.
4. Having good understanding of telecom industry.
