Skill&requirement（技能/要求）:
1.familiar with ERP system(or similar), MS office software,
了解ERP系统或类似软件的运用，熟练运用办公软件
2.basic English in oral and writing
有基本的英文交流和书写能力优先考虑
3.2~3 years purchasing experience with considerable resource in furniture business is a plus
两到三年的采购工作经验，如果具有家具行业的采购供应资源和经验将优先考虑
4.good sense of cost down and delivery control
良好的成本控制意识和交期把控能力
5. leadership is a plus
具有一定的领导力或曾经做过采购主管将优先考虑
6.the ability to work on multiple project at same time
能够同时运作管理多个项目
Responsibility（职责范围）:
1.Negotiations of terms and conditions with suppliers.
与供应商协调确定合同条款
2.Quality inspection (income inspection) of the products.
采购产品的质量把关
3.keep eyes on delivery,make sure no delay.
交期跟踪，防止采购产品的延误而导致生产的正常运转
4.develop new suitable supplier and sources
在需要的前提下开发新的供应商
5.continuous improvement for cost down with proper quality.
持续改进以降低成本，并保证稳定的供应质量
6.submit purchasing payment,issue payment report/list with proper priority.
提交采购付款申请，并设定付款的先后优先度
7. performance review for key supplier and give proper suggestion for improving.
评估关键供应商的绩效,并指导其改进
