Skill&requirement(技能/要求)：
1.2~3 years or above working experience in business/sales supporting function.
两到三年在销售领域、客服支持方面的工作经验。
2.good at oral and writing English.
熟练使用英语进行口头和书面交流。
3.skilled for MS office software tools, have experience in ERP operating or related system.
熟练掌握办公软件的使用，有一定的ERP或相关类似软件的操作经验优先考虑。
4.team work, pro-active and detailes oriented
具有团队合作精神，自主安排工作并能注重细节。
5.can work under pressure with company's growing
可以跟随公司的进一步成长而承受一定工作压力。
6.leadership is a plus.
具有领导潜质或曾经从事过客服主管可优先考虑。
Responsibility（职责范围）：
1. report directly to sales/marketing director, help to follow up deadlines and agreements made with clients.
直接向销售/市场总监汇报，跟踪交货期并进行合同办理。
2. to be a bridge between client and planning, together with logistics function to arrange
shipment. Make sure we're following required delivery time from client.
作为客户同公司内部生产计划之间的一座沟通的桥梁，并和物流部门一起跟踪安排出货，保证与客户达成共识的交期。
3.liaise with client to make smooth communication and follow up orders closely.
与客户保持经常的联络，紧密地跟踪客户订单。
4. deal with customer complaints.
处理、传达客户投诉。
5.support your supervisor to arrange client visiting.
辅助主管进行客户参观等事宜的安排和接待。
6. other admin tasks assigned by your supervisor.
主管交代的其他行政事宜。
