1、本科以上学历，人力资源管理或行政管理、工商等管理等相关专业毕业；
2、具良好沟通能力，能熟练应用英语，有亲和力；
3、熟悉人力资源六大模块，能熟练操作日常办公软件；
4、认真细致，责任心强，能注意工作中的细节问题；
岗位职责：
1、 协助做好招聘与任用的具体工作，并与各人才市场及一些大中专院校、职高等建立人才招聘渠道的联系工作。
2、公司人事招聘档案系统及人才数据库的建立、维护工作。
3、管理劳动合同，并做好员工入、离职手续办理。
4、负责公司考勤管理及统计工作。
5、负责员工社保及公伤事宜办理。
6、协助建立积极的员工关系。
7、做好有效资料的安全保密工作。
8、完成上级交办的其它工作。
