Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree or above in Electrical or Mechanical subject.
2. Above 2 years experience in mechanical and/or electrical design, testing and/or quality control.
3. Good English skills, particularly reading and writing.
4. Fast learning ability to fresh knowledge, product and standard.
5. Strong initiative and open-minded.
6. Good insight and engineering sense on various products.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Follow quality policy, working instruction & project procedure to implement assigned jobs.
2. Compile test report & review other related technical information.
3. Answer for the quality, objectivity of the test results & report conclusion.
4. Make testing plan, monitor/supervise project process and analyze test specifics according to standards;
5. Conduct test when necessary.
6. Cooperate with assistant to keep tracking of the assigned projects and make progress report timely.
7. Provide technical support to sales and marketing to enhance services;
8. Guide customer service coordinator for project follow-up.
9. Contact with clients to answer or explain clients'inquires;
10. Handle client complaints mainly on technical issues.
11. Self-learn the most updated test criteria.
12. Other duties as instructed.
