RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting directly to the CEO, you are responsible for the following:
1、Preparing financial reports, budgets, cost reports and financial forecasts on a regular basis；
2、Performing financial analysts；
3、Ensuring that the financial records are accurate；
4、Ensuring that every expense is properly documented；
5、Ensuring that the books of accounts are compiled every end of the month, quarter, and financial year；
6、Working with staff in various departments in determining the level of profitability of the company within a specified time；
7、Ensuring that the decision makers and investors of the company understand the financial implications of the missions they set for their company in a specific period；
8、 Be held accountable for any financial decisions made in the company because he is the ultimate authorizing entity；
9、Approves finances to be used in specific projects by the company based on estimates made by the project owners；
10、 Creating budgetary controls；
11、Corresponding with the senior management regarding any financial decisions that are made；
12、Assisting the CEO to prepare forecasts according to anticipated business growth and contributing business intelligence based on interpretation of company’s historical records；
13、Putting in expenses and cash controls and establishing proper approval processes；
14、Ensuring proper segregation of duties in place and safe-keeping of accounting stamp 。
