-For our Energy Sector in hangzhou,we are looking for a Operational Buyer执行采购.

What are my responsibilities?

1.Provide rolling forecast to supplier monthly;

2.Release purchase order base on approved material plan in SAP, and Communicate with supplier to get the confirmation of delivery time base on production demand and update in SAP;

3.Daily follow up supplier delivery plan according to request date as per agreement;

4. Breakpoint control for ECN materials coordinate for both company and supplier side;

5. Supplier on time delivery management works with supplier of corrective action plan for low performance suppliers.

6.Answer internal questions relating to the availability of materials;

7.Monitors back-orders and expedites orders to minimize stock shortages

8. Performs other similar and related duties as required.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-College or above;

-At least 3 years relevant working experience ;

-Good data processing & analysis skill ;

-Familiar with SAP operation is plus;

-Good English for both write and oral;
