职位描述

-From our SLC Regional Organization East, Siemens are looking to recruit a professional Government Affairs Manager. Establish and maintain business oriented contacts to government authorities and selected customers to support Siemens business growth; Identify key local market and business trends to support Siemens business growth.
-Contacts: Internal: 1) local managers of Sectors/Divisions and Corporate Departments; 2) Sectors/Divisions, CD colleagues both in HQ and provinces; 3) regional organization colleagues
-External: 1) Government officials of defined authorities; 2) Selected customers

What are my responsibilities?
Maintain business-oriented government relations
- Establish and maintain business-oriented government relations including Zhejiang provincial and key cities' governments
- Promote Siemens image and introduce Siemens portfolios to government
- Acquire information of government driven projects and analyze government business related policies
- Setup and participate in external official meetings
- Setup and coordinate high-profile government related visits and meetings
- Monitor main competitors' government liaison activities and market development activities
- Monitor key government personnel changes / big events and analyze potential impacts
- Support office management with regards to government related issues
Support business growth in the provinces
- Bridge relevant government contacts to Sector in case of needs
- Offer business information of key projects to Sectors
- Facilitate cross-selling activities by applying One Siemens approach
- Facilitate and organize government visits in cooperation with Sectors
- Conduct market analysis and initiate, organize and support business events, e.g. Marketing, Energy Saving, in cooperation with Sectors
Prepare business reports
- Maintain government relationship database
- Outline provincial/key cities' mid-term (5 year) development plan (a provincial/key cities' profile)
- Support RGM in preparation of relevant provincial reports and studies
- Perform other assigned tasks, not specifically mentioned in the job description

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- At least 5 years of working experiences (3 years with European/American MNC preferred)
- Extensive experiences dealing government relations with profound knowledge and network
- Strong interpersonal skill, high impact consultancy
- Fluent in English, good command of MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
