职位描述
Responsibilities:
* Publish ODM forecast/PO to ODM suppliers
* Follow-up on ODM PO acknowledgment and delivery commitments
* Implement monthly strategic materials reporting and analyze to highlight potential shortages or excess; follow-up with ODMs if strategic materials POs are not placed in a timely manner
* Ensure ODM adherence to supply terms and conditions (e.g. required leadtime). Track excess and liability based on forecast fluctuations
* Manage platforms end-of-life to minimize excess
* Put in place recurrent On-Time-Delivery metrics, including ODM leadtime. Provide monthly and quarterly reporting.
* Drive suppliers to enhance their infrastructure in support of our developing business needs.
* Champion purchasing policy compliance for China. Assist others with purchase requisitions and POs as required.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s in business or equivalent
* Mastery of Excel (pivots, advanced formulas, macros desired)
* ERP experience (NetSuite/Oracle preferred)
* 2-5 years supply planning experience
* Ops/Production support experience
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Working knowledge of PowerPoint
* Fluent in oral and written English
