职位描述
- Management of all Asian Sourcing Operations (China, Vietnam, Malaysia, etc…)
-Management of the Hangzhou Sourcing Office
-Implement and follow company's Procedures
-Create follow and meet Budget of the whole Asia Sourcing Operation
-P&L control of the Hangzhou Sourcing office
-Relationship with all Asian Suppliers
-Elaboration of a Strategic Sourcing plan to fulfill Vershold's long term vision
-Top to top meetings with Suppliers
-Ensure sourcing team follows Vershold's strategic supplier procedures
-Development of our sourcing team to achieve the expected results
-Understand, comunicate and implement the strategy defined and approved by the Board of Directors
-Hierarchical report to the Europe and South America Group President
-Management of the Hangzhou Sourcing Office
