Responsibilities:
1. Develop sales plans for each key and key target account based on the annual sales planning process.
2. Lead the sales team in increasing sales through the targeting of key accounts and by means of focused activity.
3. Maintain close relationship with existing customers. Achieve superior communication, technical and product skills in order to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers.
4. Proactively explore and develop relations with potential customers in natural gas engine. Provide solution and follow up project Progress.
5. Conduct market survey and assessment. Develop marketing and sales plans for individual customer group.
6. Manage and develop the sales group through effective coaching and training.
7. Communicate with US headquarter for market information sharing, product improvement, customization projects, etc.

Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or other relevant major.
2. At least five years of sales experience and more than two years of sales management experience in the fields for engine applications.
3. Customer-driven. Have strong leadership and effective coaching skills. Can withstand pressure.
4. Strong interpersonal and customer relation skills.
5. Good communication skills in both written and verbal English.

6. 管理和培养销售团队，通过有效地辅导和培训提升销售团队的整体素质。
7. 与美国总部相关部门保持密切联系，及时沟通市场，销售，产品，及项目信息。

要求：
1. 工程类专业或其它相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. 在发动机应用领域中有五年以上的销售经验和二年以上销售管理经验。
3. 客户至上的意识强。较强的领导力，能对下属进行有效地辅导。并能承受工作压力。
4. 较强的沟通能力和客户关系处理技巧。
5. 英文书面和口语交流基本流利。
