Our PDI engineer is the representatives of Tennant, working with our customers to deliver solutions that create a cleaner safer world. Working at our factory, the PDI engineer will troubleshoot, and repair Tennant products, and provide quality PDI skills and ensure satisfaction with Tennant products.

MAJOR AREA OF ACCOUNTABILITYY / 主要职责范围

Responsible for inspection of machine functions, quality, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, air and water-cooled combustion engines, and diesel-gas-LP powered engine problems on all Tennant new products.

主要负责对所有坦能新机器进行功能，质量，故障检测以及维修机械，电气和液压系统，解决空冷或水冷发动机，柴油，汽油和液化石油动力的发动机问题

Record and report all machine quality issues during PDI as needed.

记录并汇报所有设备检测过程中的机器质量问题

Assist manager by making territory boundary changes and job.

协助部门经理变更所辖区域和工作调整

Satisfy, in a timely and complete fashion, all business reporting documentation: timesheets, repair orders, machine checklists, receiving records, expense reports, and test logs.

Accountable for complete service product knowledge and services offered by Tennant Company. Must comply with all service department and company procedures, policies, and programs.

Responsible for effectively scheduling time.

Temporary substitutes in other service territories as required in cases of illness, vacations, vacancies, etc.

Responsible for proper and safe use, maintenance, and reporting for all Tennant Company property. This includes trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment.

Consistently present professional image, both in personal appearance and condition of company equipment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS /资格要求

Strong mechanical aptitude.

Technically knowledgeable and skilled in the troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems, hydraulics, electrical systems, and engines.

Ability to safely use hand and power shop tools, equipment, and diagnostic devices.

COMPETENCIES / I能力资格

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver license plus meet Tennant Company driving policy requirements.

Demonstrated ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision.

Five years of experience working in direct contact with customers on service-related activities.

Two years of experience as a Tennant Company Field Service Representative.

OR Two years of technical school training in troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment, plus two years of experience repairing mobile equipment (forklifts, small engine repair, construction equipment, or automobiles).

或者两年机械、电气和液压设备方面故障排查和维修的技校培训经验，并且具有两年的移动设备维修经验（叉车，小引擎设备维修，建筑设备或汽车等）

OR Four years of experience repairing mobile equipment. Repair experience is defined as diagnosing and troubleshooting problems on mobile equipment that has been used, allowing for the “wear”factors on equipment.
