岗位：制剂研究员（总监、助理总监）

岗位职责：
1. 负责制剂的文献调研、处方筛选、工艺优化及放大；
2. 领导、主持开发新的剂型，包括盐的筛选、晶型的筛选、辅料的筛选、制剂的设计，及相关申报资料的撰写；
3. 为新化合物开发合适的剂型及制剂工艺的研究与开发;

任职要求：
1. 药物制剂学或相关专业硕士或博士学历；
2. 中、英文良好 （阅读、写作与口语）
3. 具备五年以上的药物制剂研发工作经验；
4. 熟悉制剂设备；
5. 熟悉片剂、胶囊、散剂、脂质体、固体分散体等常用药物剂型制备工艺;
6. 具有较强的动手能力，能够使用和维护制剂实验设备；
7. 具备良好的职业道德、敬业精神和团队协作精神。
8. 在国外获得过硕士以上学位，并在国外大型制药公司从事过制剂工作者优先。
薪资：将根据应聘者的学历、工作经历和能力确定。


Hangzhou Bensheng Pharmaceutical Corp. Ltd is located in Euro America Center (EAC) near West-Lake of Hangzhou, and working on new anti-cancer drug discovery and has a position opening for a Formulation Associate Director / Director.

Job Description:
1) Leading formulation team and CROs working in formulation project;
2) Set up and managing formulation lab;
3) Operating and maintaining formulation related instruments;
4) Responsible in finding a suitable formula for novel compounds as anti-tumor drugs.

Requirement:
1) M.S. or Ph.D. in formulation science or related major;
2) Familiar with most common formula;
3) Familiar with formulation instruments;
4) Knowledgeable in advance formulation development;
5) >5 years pharma industry working experience;
6) Good team player and professional working record;
7) Good communication skill: English and Chinese (oral, reading and writing);
8) Obtained MS or Ph.D. in oversea and worked in pharma company in US or Europe is plus.
