Job Description

1.Implement distributors sales plans include, but are not limited to, the revenue and design win revenue, distribution partners' reviews, and the deployment of distributors specific programs to drive Broadcom business

2.Own all of distribution sales activities with covered China distributors, including distributor goal and performance management/implementation and execution of the distribution program.

3.Manage Distribution revenue pipeline and forecast. credit claims, stock level /rotations, pricing changes and project registrations

4.Spend at least 3 days per week visiting partners or end-users with partners.

Job Requirements

1.Minimum 3 years of sales experience in managing distribution for semiconductor companies

2.Good understanding of distribution and distributor business model

3.Strong team player skills to work across multiple functional groups within company

4.A high level of motivation and competitive drive to succeed in challenging and rapidly changing environments

5.Good communication skills in Mandarin and English are essential

6.The ability and willingness to travel extensively. (30-50% travel)

7.BS or BA degree/Business or Engineering
