QA International, Ltd. is USA based and has partnered together with HQTS-QAI for 9 years to design and manage quality and compliance programs for USA & European importers of Chinese consumer products. Trustworthy and reliable fact gathering combined with web-based technology makes us a leader in China in the management of quality and compliance systems for international sourcing companies.

MAJOR PURPOSE:

·We are looking for a strong motivated individual that requires little supervision. You will report directly to upper management in the USA and China. There will be a lot of responsibilities but also a lot of freedom to get things done in a very happy work culture and environment.



MAJOR DUTIES:

Keep the customer happy!
Set up new projects in our exclusive web-based database system.
Coordinate the setup of new projects with appropriate service departments.
Auditing, Inspection, Testing, Witnessing
Monitor services and schedules.
Monitor data entry into web-based system.
Ensure proper distribution and data entry of service reports and documents.
Be main contact point for client visits to China.
Periodic travel to factories for surprise audits or meetings.
Keep the customer happy!
QUALIFICATIONS:

·Must have integrity and be willing to work under a strict code of conduct.

·Must be fluent in Chinese and English both written & verbal in general communications, business and trade discussion levels.

·Must be strong administratively with good organizational skills.

·Must have experience in the field of 3rd party quality and compliance services.

·Must be comfortable with travel and client interaction.

·Must like to take control with little supervision.



SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

High integrity
