Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities

- NPI production support and DFFA (Design for Finial Assembly) feedback to R&D

- Create and optimize the assembly operation instruction and provide training

- Design the jig / tools for assembly purpose

- Program and support for automation system like press fit / de-panel / gel dispensing / screw robot

- Bamboo assembly line design and optimization, increase the assembly efficiency

- First Pass Yield follow-up, failure root cause analysis and improvement,

- Participate in global projects (related with assembly process, equipment)

- Acting as technical Interface towards mechanical parts suppliers

- Problem solving of mechanics/ assembly automation equipment & process

Requirements

- Good knowledge of assembly process /mechanical and related equipment/tools

- Lean & 6 sigma methodology

- Deep background in DFFA (Design For Final Assembly)

- Good command of written and spoken English

- Strong analysis and problem solving ability

- Team work and continuous improvement sense

- 3+ years of working experience in assembly area

- Understanding and experience of manufacturing processes

- Experienced in using ProE design tool (possibly AutoCAD and Catia, as well)

- Basic knowledge of product creation and delivery processes

- Fluent in Mandarin and English languages (both oral and written)

- Bachelor degree or above (major in mechanical / telecommunication / automation)
