Purpose of the Job
Product engineer for NSN flexi BTS
Key Responsibility Areas
JOB ROLES (if defined)& RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use a range of testing programs and methods in order to monitor and improve product manufacturing yield.
- Support manufacturing on design issue related to product quality and testing. Support technical problems during product development and after production launch.
- Support production line on repairing buffer.
- Interface of factory to PE maintenance group.
- Generate appropriate documents such as product specifications, drawing. Ensure efficient product transfer to production.
- Train engineers on related product knowledge, engineering procedures and technical skill.
- Use appropriate analytical tools to analyze and interpret data, and reach relevant conclusions. Review and verify that any test results, data analysis and conclusions for a specific project are adequate and accurate
Competence
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (List of key competencies needed in the position):
- BSc/MSc in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (preferably with major in telecommunication) with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of RF circuit design for Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) and HPA (High Power Amplifier) and broad cross functional competency areas which are applied to the daily work.
- Demonstrated analytical, interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese a plus.
- Ability to work with flexibility, efficiency, enthusiasm, and diplomacy both individually and as part of a complex team effort. Including networking, negotiation and communication skills.
