Hiring:

Independently fill positions, support recruiting team to deliver team target

Develop and maintain efficient and cost effective recruitment channels

Maintain hiring database and provide hiring report as requested

Performance Management:

Facilitate annual talent management process, such performance review, individual development planning, potential evaluation, training needs analysis;

Compensation & benefits management:

Provide compensation and benefits support to the unit, and enabling functions to implement C&B policies, salary review cycles and projects. Ensure to align with company C&B guideline, procedure and government regulations.

Employee engagement:

Develop and implement diversified communication channels to keep close， in-depth communications with employees at all levels, foster open & fair working environment, take actions to make continuous improvement. Handle employee disciplinary cases

Base on business needs, initiate change/organization and development projects

Requirements:

？ Should have 3- 5 years of HR working experience

？ Willingness to learn all of the HR functions.
