任职要求
1、重点院校通信相关专业本科3年以上工作经验，非重点院校相关专业本科4年以上工作经验
2、3年以上网络规划和优化相关工作经验，有NSN设备经验者优先
3、熟悉FDD-LTE/TDD-LTE/UMTS技术规范，基本原理及相关信令流程
4、熟悉测试软件及后处理分析，能独立分析路测指标并撰写分析报告
5、具备良好的沟通能力，能独立与省公司一级客户进行技术交流
6、优秀的团队协作能力，良好的敬业精神和责任心
7、能熟练阅读英文技术文档
8、适应长期出差

General Purpose: Proactively plans and performs advanced technical activities requiring knowledge in multiple areas or on a system level to service the customer. Prioritizes work based on customer impact, and brings expertise to customer site on need basis.
Main Responsibility Area: Identifies and solves proactively demanding problems and communicates them to key stakeholders. Participates as an expert in own technology area in customer projects. May support areas by participating in emergency and 24/7 duty. Is active in networking and knowledge sharing. Develops processes, tools and working methods.
Job Description: 1. As technical leader, be responsible for competence development activities and provide nationwide professional support.
2. Independently develop optimization plan，DT test scheme and optimization solution during RF optimization period.
3. Instructs RF team member to complete the wireless network optimization and testing work.
4. Analyze network performance data and deal with the network difficult problem.
5. Provide RF optimization solution, then evaluate and trace the results of implementation.
6. Write all kinds of RF optimization reports.
7. Do internal and external technical communication of RF professional knowledge. Prepare and present training materials.
8. As a member of wireless project, assist the project team to provide related high quality service for customer satisfactory.

1. Familiar with WCDMA/FDD LTE/TDD LTE system arithmetic and signaling procedure.
2. Familiar with WCDMA/FDD LTE/TDD LTE standard, key technology and network structure.
3. Proficient at the DT and data post-processing software. For example DingLi,QXDM,JDSU and so on.
4. Better to have ability of VBA programming

* How long is this task relevant: Long term needed as NPO is a continuous business which will last many years
* What happens without the hire: Bring big NPO expert resource gap in LTE rollout and network optimization, which will impact LTE network delivery seriously.
