Overview:
The Corporate Access Associate role will entail developing a strong understanding of Sell-side Investment Bank’s marketing/ franchise building activities. The associate will work with the top investment banks and financial institutions. The person should have good command (read/write/speak) over Mandarin and English.

The role will involve providing support to the Investment Bank’s Corporate Access function that involves liaising with investors, company management and Equity research team in driving non-deal road shows and thereby enabling the bank’s franchise building. Selected candidates will undergo extensive training on writing and data analysis.

Responsibilities include:

1. Preparing pitch books (presentations) for non-deal road shows conducted by the Investment Bank
2. Gathering and mining data from various sources
3. Coordinating with multiple stakeholders internal and external - research, sales etc.and Investor clients
4. Collecting road show feedback from investors
5. Coordinating on road show logistics and preparing meeting/ road show calendars
6. Creating and maintaining MIS reports.

Skills Required:

1. Graduates having up to two years’ work experience in any of these firms: Investment Banks, Independent equity research providers, Market research and other research publication houses.
2. Above average written and verbal communication skills; Good reading/writing/speaking skills in Mandarin and English
3. Ability to deal with large amounts of data and present it in a meaningful manner
4. Past experience on marketing coordination will be an advantage
5. Good organisation skills and client orientation abilities
6. High flexibility in working hours
