Job Description

1. 5+ years working experience in In-House IT infrastructure environment
2. In depth knowledge of Server, Desktop, Network (LAN/WAN), Wireless Configuration and troubleshooting
3. Experience in Windows and MAC System configuration and troubleshooting
4. Experience in network security through proper configuration of VPN and Firewalls
5. Knowledge of Video conferencing Implementation and Support
6. Knowledge of VoIP implementation and support
7. Experience in managing Antivirus software
8. Profound knowledge on Outlook setup and trouble shooting.
9. Knowledge of IT compliance, Hardware and software licensing
10. Knowledge of 3rd Party Contract Management
11. Experience of Data Center maintenance (Knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server adding advantage)

Qualification
1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or other related majors.
2. Good English communication skill Oral and Written is must.
3. Self-motivation and ability to work with minimum supervision.
4. Certification in Microsoft System Engineering will be adding advantage.
