主要职责：
- 负责办公室服务系统SIS中的日程安排，负责办公室的服务热线接听
- 将客户打来的电话登记到SIS系统中
- 协助办公室技术人员向各地区服务工程师发送SIS任务
- 检查服务工程师递交的服务报告的完整性和质量
- 完成其他总部提出的其他服务质量监督规定
- 灵活协调在装机或维修任务时所需要的工具和备件
基本要求：
- 大专毕业或本科以上学历
- 主修电气/机械工程，自动化，材料工程，物流，经贸或英语
- 熟悉MS Office，具有基础编程能力者优先
- 具有良好的人际沟通能力，以处理各种投诉电话
- 英语六级
具有团队精神，工作努力，认真负责
试用期表现突出者，可提供北京分公司或上海总部工作机会。
