Responsibility

? Reporting to Director of Sales Asia ( DOS), the position is responsible for daily sales coordination activities for all projects of airline / hotel
? Work closely with DOS on planning and submission of bids, proposal, samples etc, assist DOS on most effective way to maximize sales result
? Prepare project plan of each bid / project
? Work closely with design team for preparation of proposal / presentation
? Update project tracker lists at daily basis
? Prepare all required samples, by working with sourcing & operations, design team to ensure samples quality / submission deadline
? Manage samples , sales materials at office
? Assist operation team to work on pricing to customers
? Assist DOS to explore new customer contacts by calls and market research


Requirement

? Based in Shanghai
? Both speaking English and Chinese and are required
? Ideally has experience and knowledge about sales/ customer service, or graphic design
? Professional, self-disciplined and self-motivated
? Matured with integrity, and can work independently and spontaneously as team member


Salary and benefits

? Monthly salary - gross plus incentive based on sales result
? According to company regulations
