职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责设计部团队组建和培养；
2、制度建设，组织编制设计管理的制度、流程；
3、督促、检查其贯彻执行负责各项目全过程设计管理、协调工作；
4、负责各阶段设计方案、设计图纸审核；
5、负责设计变更的审核以及协调和解决公司内部项目建设中出现的技术问题指导、监督、考核本部门员工工作；
6、保障工作目标的实现，监督项目设计进度，保证设计质量组织设计部协调配合公司其他部门工作。
岗位要求：
1、30~45岁，家具、家居设计类专业本科以上学历；
2、5年以上家具公司设计从业经验；
3、对于产品结构设计、生产工艺等有深入的认识；
4、良好的综合素质、管理及沟通技巧，能妥善协调与各相关方的关系；
5、有较强的品质意识和发展意识；
6、有大型家具企业设计总监工作经验。
