General Purpose:
Proactively plans and performs advanced technical activities requiring knowledge in multiple areas or on a system level to service the customer. Prioritizes work based on customer impact, and brings expertise to customer site on need basis.
Main Responsibility Area:
Identifies and solves proactively demanding problems and communicates them to key stakeholders. Participates as an expert in own technology area in customer projects. May support areas by participating in emergency and 24/7 duty. Is active in networking and knowledge sharing. Develops processes, tools and working methods.
Job Description:
1)Provides services to our customer both for network implementation and after sales support activities.
2)Technical support to carry out all VoLTE, EPC & GPRS Core network elements( including CSCF/TAS, MME/SEA GW, SGSN, GGSN, PCC, FireWall, DNS, GPRS IP Backbone etc) related planning, commissioning, integration, system acceptance testing, software upgrade,field management, network operation and maintenance, network optimization, technical consultancy & on-site training for customer.
3)Works independently with the responsibility for advanced trouble shooting and solving customer request cases and reporting according to processes.
4)New technology pilot support and Service deployment
5)Technical support tasks like Software Support, Help Desk Support, Emergency Support and O&M Services to our Customers
6)Works to guarantee the best possible quality of technical and professional performance.
7)Share technical knowledge and experience and provide competence transfer to team members
Additional Requirements:
1. Rich experience in telecommunication implementation, familiar with IMS/VoLTE, LTE/EPC, 3G, GPRS, CCS7, SIP, Diameter, etc.
2. Excellent experience and skill in Linux, unix, application server, Oracle database management, etc.
3. Good IP knowledge and lots of IP network practical experience.
4. CCIE,CCNP or equivalent certificate is preferred.
5. Bachelor or above in telecom, computer, electronic engineering, etc.
