Responsibilities:

1.Develop and execute the AHZ Marketing Plan, partner with Sales Manager to develop annual Sales and Marketing plans, and provide accurate Sales forecasts.
2.Lead customer experience, manage A-dec Hangzhou Education Experience, and maintain the showroom in customer ready condition.
3.Oversee all visual design and copy as well as the quality of all print, advertising and special publication projects for AHZ.
4.Evaluate media options, and execute ad placement to improve brand recognition and maximize return on investment through generation of leads. Work with media contacts to create positive publicity and enhance exposure opportunities for A-dec.
5.Manage all elements of A-dec’s trade show presence to ensure positive brand exposure and lead generation. Maintain the company image in the dental industry by conveying commitment to excellence and satisfaction of market needs to dealers and end users.
6.Work collaboratively with A-dec’s corporate marketing department, providing input, and leveraging marketing materials as appropriate for the China market.
7.Assure a timely and accurate flow of marketing information by establishing efficient communication systems and monitoring data, and lead efforts to increase China market intelligence (research market trends, customer behavior and market opportunities).
8.Coordinate and collaborate projects across various organizational departments, including, Product Management, Information Services, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Service, to interpret and translate customer and departmental requirements into cohesive and executable deliverables.
9.Provide creative direction to ensure consistency in appearance and message tone across a variety of communication media, and conduct customer, competitive, and best practice research.

Minimum Qualifications

1.Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business; MFA or MBA, with a Marketing focus, is preferred.
2.10 or more years of experience in marketing, including 5 or more years of marketing management experience, and including 5 years establishing innovative marketing strategies in China.
3.Experience working with office, content management, and creative/web development tools such as MS Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, PhotoShop, Publisher, Illustrator, Acrobat, MS Visual Studio, MS SQL Server, SiteCore, Dreamweaver, Flash, Web Services, and SharePoint.
4.Substantial experience leading and managing complex projects.
5.Experience supervising employees.
6.Excellent written and presentation communication skills.
7.Fluent Mandarin language skills; English fluency is preferred.
