Job Summary: 工作概述

To supervise working process and coordinate staffs’ workload; And to
receipt the visitors, introduce our lab to the clients actively and provide
advice.

监督工作流程，协调工作量，接待来访客户，主动向客户介绍实验室情况和提供咨询。

Duties and Responsibilities:职责

1. Supervising working process？
coordination staffs’ workload and providing customers with timely, accurate,
fast and professional service.

2. Reception the visitors,
introduce our lab to the clients actively and provide advice.

接待来访客户，主动向客户介绍实验室情况和提供咨询。

3. Responsible for the
negotiation and communication of testing business, organize the related staff
to review the test request application, contract or tenders from customer.

负责测试业务的协商和沟通，组织相关的人员进行客户测试要求申请、合同或标书的评审。

4. Guide the customer to tour the
laboratory when customer visiting.

当客户拜访公司时，带领客户参观实验室。

5. Handle clients’ complain.

处理客户的投诉。

6. To assist general manager to
establish and implement working plan.

协助总经理规划部门策划和执行部门计划。

Education, Experience
& Language Profile:

教育、经验、外语和其他要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，5年以上纺织或化学相关工作经验及技术背景，2年以上管理经验。

Bachelor or above,
and relevant working experience or technical background for 5 years or above, 2
years above on management experience.

2？英语6级以上,擅长写作和口头沟通及人际关系能力.

CET-6. Strongly on
written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

3？ 组织能力。

Capability in
organization.

4？擅长分析/解决问题以及过程改进。
