参加创意例会、讨论创意实现的可行性；
有较强的领悟能力，能够快速了解客户的需求；
对创意作品设计质量负责，了解行业动态和新知识。
根据设计需要协助客户、内部人员完成设计工作。
带领设计师完成设计项目，协助部门主管完成其他各项工作。
【任职资格】
有足够的自信心与对品牌设计的热情，如果你只是抱着尝试的心理，那只会浪费你我的时间。
美术设计或相关专业毕业，专科以上学历，具备深厚的美术基础、设计功底和设计理念；　
具有3年以上相关工作经验，有成功的广告设计作品，能够快速融入品牌设计工作；
有自己独特的设计风格，独到的创意观点，独立的工作方式；
具备出色的视觉表现功底和艺术审美能力，能够实现各种策划创意。
善于用视觉语言表达，有较好的创意能力；
应聘者请携带相关作品，有设计工作管理经验者优先。
