Assistant Project Coordinate - Intern

Job Responsibilities:
1．Revise format of drawing (LISLs)
2．Prepare the drawing (LISLs)
3．Create Material Picking List and Pipe Cutting Plan
4．Prepare the BARCOD, BOM & Material Picking List from ERP system
5．Make Drawing Record List
6．Prepare invoice, shipment and quality Documents
7．Input/Download Project Information into/from Customer Interface
8．Prepare Daily/Weekly Reports
9．Others job arranged by Engineer/ Manager

Job Requirements:
1. With educational background of college or above; major in Machinery or industry engineering
2. Good English communication ability both in Oral and Written form;
3. Be familiar with MS Office, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PPT, etc;
4. With foreign-invested company working experience is preferred;
5. With good ability of self-motivation and team-work spirit and achieve the collective aim efficiently.


项目工程部文员-实习生
岗位描述：
1．工程图纸的格式修订；
2．工程图纸的准备；
3．捡料表及管道切割计划表的准备工作；
4．条码, 物料清单及捡料表从ERP系统的导出与输入；
5．图纸发放清单的准备；
6．发票、出运、质量文件的准备；
7．将项目信息录入到或下载出客户终端界面；
8．准备日/周报表；
9．经理和工程师安排的其他工作。

岗位要求：
1, 大专及以上学历；机械或工业工程专业
2, 良好的英语书面与交流能力
3, 熟练应用MS, Word, Excel, PPT等办公软件
4, 有外企工作经验者优先考虑
5, 正直，勤奋，灵活，有一定抗压能力
6, 具有良好的自我激励能力和团队合作能力，能够高效地完成团队项目指标。

Cimtas (Ningbo) Steel Processing Co., Ltd. is a fully owned subsidiary of Cimtas incorporated in Ningbo Free Trade Zone, China to fabricate power and process pipe spools and assemble process skids and modules with 12.400sqm shop and 1.200 sqm office area.
