Supplier Quality Engineer:

Job Responsibility：
1，Develop, implement and review a full supplier quality management system suitable to meet the needs of CNBO. Responsibility and accountability with the appropriate authority to correct errors in any of the suppliers who are providing components to the production facilities. Taking responsibility to eradicate the requirement to 100% inspect any commodity. The role will insist that materials are delivered in the appropriate packaging, stacked correctly, identified correctly and as specified in the P.O’s. If no delivery specification exists this requires development and review, ensuring all involved understand CNBO standards. This will include supplier audits and visits.
2，Ensure all suppliers are accredited to the appropriate standards and is able to assess the commercial viability of any supplier and make recommendations.
3，Customer visits as required both in China and international.
4，Accurate and informative visits reports following each supplier visit to be developed and circulated. Reports are to include clear recommendations and actions completed. Take on responsibility to ensure all actions are completed by all parties.
5，Benchmarking activities to be completed with existing suppliers and potential new suppliers, ensuring recommendations are put forward to the Procurement Supervisor on desired suppliers for the future.
6，Supplier and customer presentations detailing CNBO standards, requirements and audit process as and when required.
7，Interact routinely with Procurement, Quality control, Production and Suppliers to proactively improve quality of materials/products supplied to CNBO.
8，Train suppliers to effectively execute Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR), and Corrective Actions Preventive Actions (CAPA).
9，Perform periodic audits of supplier Quality Systems for the purpose of assuring continued Supplier Conformance to the CNBO quality system requirements.
10，Make market studies and develop new suppliers.
11，Demonstrated knowledge for a range of manufacturing processes including forging, castings, moldings, seamless/welded pipe and pipe fittings manufacturing, machining and assembly and have the ability to review and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
12，Proven ability to assess the suppliers manufacturing processes and make recommendations for improvements to ensure CNBO receives quality products at all times.
13，Develop KPI’s for all suppliers and measure on a regular basis.


Job requirements:
1.Metallurgy or Material Engineering bachelor degree.
2.5 years’ experience in an industrial manufacturing and quality role. Experience in welding and metal fabrication process.
3.Able to read technical drawings and documents.
4.Material knowledge according to ASME, DIN standards. Experienced in mechanical and chemical testing methods (tensile, impact, hardness, etc). Experience in welding visual control.
5.Knowledge of QC inspection procedures and production methods.
6.Good communication skills and good at written and oral English speaking. Foreign-invested company working experience is preferred.
7.Good communication and presentation skills. Able to travel including overnight.
8.Good knowledge and experience of computer skills.
9.Must have ISO 9001:2008 internal audit certification as minimum.

供应商质量工程师
工作职责：
1. 开发，实施，复审所有供应商质量管理体系，已满足庆达西需要。有责任和义务来纠正任何供应商提供组件、生产设施的错误。负责商品的全检已保证材料根据订单要求做适当的包装、交付、堆放、标识。如无交付规范，则需要开发和评审,确保所有规范适合庆达西的标准。这将包括供应商审计和访问。
2. 确保所有供应商能够达到相应的标准，评估供应商的商业可行性和提出建议。
3. 拜访中国区和国际其他地区的供应商。
4. 在供应商拜访后，出具报告。报告包含明确的建议和行动情况。并确保所有各方完成相应的活动。
5. 完成与现有的供应商和潜在的新供应商的基准测试,确保将未来预期供应商的相应建议传递给采购主管。
6. 在供应商审计过程中，要求供应商详细按照庆达西标准进行展示。
7. 经常与采购部，质检部，生产部和工艺上进行沟通，以提高庆达西材料和产品的质量。
8. 培训供应商有效地执行供应商纠正措施和纠正预防措施。
9. 定期执行供应商质量系统审核以确保供应商持续的符合庆达西质量体系要求。
10. 不断探索市场开发新的供应商。
11. 充分了解制造过程包括锻造、铸造、模具、无缝/焊管和管件制造、加工、装配并有能力对供应商进行审查,并为持续改进提出建议。
12. 根据供应商生产流程评估其生产能力,并为改进提出建议,确保庆达西接收高质量的产品。
13. 定期为所有供应商做KPI审核


岗位要求：
1. 冶金或材料工程相关专业本科毕业；
2. 五年相关工作经验，熟悉焊接和材料加工流程；
3. 能够读懂技术类图纸和文件
4. 具有材料方面的知识储备，如ASME，DIN标准方面的材料知识，熟悉机械和化学测试方法（如，拉伸、冲击、硬度）， 熟悉焊接目视检验等。
5. 具有质量检测规程和生产方面的知识
6. 具有良好的书面和口头英语交流沟通能力，具有外资企业工作经验者优先考虑
7. 耐压力强，能够胜任出差事宜
8. 具有良好的电脑操作技能
9. 持有ISO 9001：2008内审员资格证
