Position Specification:
SSI SH-ENG is responsible for elevator and escalator electrical component design. The technical manager will be responsible for electronic hardware(PCBA) design for elevator/escalator components. The position requires embedded system engineer responsible for whole hardware(PCBA) architecture building and detailed design of elevator and escalator PCBA.

Basic Accountabilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Analyze elevator/escalator system requirement, create detailed design specification for related hardware(PCBA).
- Building concept architecture, finding technical risks and solve those risks by calculation, modeling analysis, simulation or prototype verification.
- Design elevator/escalator controller PCBs, fixtures (communication PCB), etc, including schematic, layout, component selection and testing.
- Responsible for the quality, cost and delivery of the board design.
- Lead technical development in engineering.

- Improve process and standard work for the robust hardware design.

- Complete the job on target with respect to quality, cost and delivery
- Support others to achieve work objectives

Minimum Requirement:
- Master in Electronic Engineering with more than 5 years high complexity of hardware design experience. Working experience in Multinational Corporation is a plus.
- Familiar with digital and analog circuit design, familiar with Pspice simulation.
- Familiar with general PCB development process, familiar with Cadence or other PCB development CAD tool.
- EMC/EMI and environment design & analysis experience.
- Knowledge on Functional Safety of Electrical/Electronic/Programmable Electronic Safety-related Systems (IEC 61508) is preferred.
- Knowledge on DOE, FMEA, CPM are preferred.
- Experience on FPGA/CPLD firmware design is a plus.
- Team-work spirit and self-motivation
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin, good communication skill.
