职位描述:

主要职责：协助外教与中教老师安排课表、帮助外教与行政人员沟通。

1.合理安排全职与兼职外教、中教老师课表。
2.与国外任课教师的沟通协调
3.教学资料的收集、整理
4.组织协调英语教学资料的翻译、校对、整理、制作
5.协助教学主管的行政工作，服从领导的安排。
任职条件：
1.大学英语六级或专业英语四级以上，能够完成一般资料的中英文互译，可以处理英文电子邮件及信函
2.有一定的英语口语沟通能力
3.熟悉计算机操作，熟练使用Word, Excel, PowerPoint等办公软件
4.有较强的沟通能力、语言表达能力、抗压能力
5.善于在工作中不断学习和提高，能较快适应环境
6.有积极的工作态度，对待工作认真负责
