The position reports to the operations Leader.

· Ensure Safety and Quality in place on shop floor

· Bring out creative interpersonal & informational communication through Team

· Enable all the members within Team focus on shop floor by 5S, AM.

· Problem solving & Continuous improvement daily are active through Business practices PDCA and implementation of Job introduction & Job method(JI&JM).

· Do Standard works provide the activity within team to systematic approach as fundamental basis (WES-JHA).

· Do 5S & Autonomous maintenance, TPM executes daily through proactive plan

· Develop all the members of Competences, double skills and Legal & Morality through organized training and in result commitment

· Plan and execute Training(OJT) & Commitment (monthly)

· Team achieves the annual critical outcomes of team articulated through Team work; Safety, Quality, mfg cost, Productivity, CE/JE (Daily)

· Employee performance assessment for incentive plan monthly.

· Skill assessment for the double skill system bi-monthly.

· Execute the layered audits place in to assist continue improvement (Daily).

· Execute energy saving program on process (Weekly)

· Reports (Daily)

Experience:

· Bachelors degree required

· Good intercommunication, leadership and continuous improvement on shop floor.

· Human resource, Engineering, Technical background assists his leading within team

· Problem solving & troubleshooting ability.

Knowledge and Abilities:

· Communication skill

· Leadership in Lean & Continuous improvement

· Engagement power with shop floor experience over 3 years

· English communication
