POSITION SUMMARIES

1． 负责公司保安及监控录像的日常管理；
2． 负责货物进出控制管理工作；
3． 负责公司保洁、环境卫生的监督管理和公用设施的维修申报及跟踪；（包括公司绿化）
4． 负责公司更衣室、浴室、员工的工作衣管理；
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


？ 对部门经理负责，完成公司领导安排的任务；
？ 全面负责公司保安管理，按公司相关制度管理监控设备，保证监控设备的正常使用，并按要求做好相关记录；
？ 全面负责对公司访客、进厂施工人员、外包工的入厂控制流程，如感觉陌生或可疑，要询问，以核对其访问的真实性；
？ 全面负责公司西门门卫的管理，保证所有货物（包括废品、废料、外出维修零部件、施工单位的相关工具等）进出厂门符合公司相关要求；
？ 每天至少一次检查西门门卫地磅工作质量；
？ 负责公司公用设施损坏的维修单填报和维修跟踪；
？ 每天至少2次不定期检查公司公共环境卫生，对公司保洁承包商及绿化维护承包商的工作有效的进行监督管理；
？ 负责公司浴室、更衣室、员工PPE 的管理；（含访客PPE 的管理）
？ 相关SAP 系统操作的付费申请；
？ 完成公司领导布置的其他工作，当不在公司内时，由部门经理指定的本部门人员临时替代其职责。



ESSENTIAL POSITION QUALIFICATION

Education 管理等相关专业，大专以上学历；
Experience, Knowledge & Skill ? 至少2年以上相关行政治安后勤管理经验；
? 简单的英语说、写，熟练使用计算机；
? 具有一定的沟通，协调和表达能力

? 对工作热情；

POSITION SUMMARIES:

Leads Safety/Environmental functions at Jade project construction and builds a Safety/Environmental management system for Jade plant operation.


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Develops a strategic plan and commitment necessary to achieve critical outcomes
? Pursues higher level knowledge and skill in selected Safety/Environmental issues and provides guidance and mentoring in those areas for Safety/Environmental Specialist level professionals as opportunities exist
? Leads others in the identification of at-risk conditions from incident investigations, trend data, collaboration with employees, and new equipment design review and the application of appropriate hazard analysis methodologies to these conditions
? Leads teams and guides others in the application of root cause analysis methodologies and hierarchy of controls in the development of solutions for at-risk conditions.
? Identifies all applicable company Safety/Environmental programs, systems and processes and adapts them for the site, and assures compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
? Analyzes effectiveness of Safety/Environmental programs, systems and processes and determines the adjustments needed to improve effectiveness.
? Be responsible for overall Jade project site safety implementation. To create and foster an unconditional safety culture to achieve the safety goal on the project.
? Being a member of Hangzhou EHS Team and acts as advisor to other Sr. Level Mgmt by being a safety expert and driving for results through comprehensive safety/Environmental leadership.
? Maintains a working knowledge of current regulations and participates in representation with outside agencies.
? Promotes the well-being of and injury-free lives for all employees

ESSENTIAL POSITION QUALIFICATION
Education: Bachelor in Safety/Environmental or related field. Graduate level degree preferred
Experience, Knowledge & Skill:
? 6-8 years with direct responsibility for all aspects of Safety/Environmental discipline
? Register safety engineer certificate
? Safety and Environmental Knowledge
? Applied Business Knowledge
