- Experience 4-5 years.
- Preferably having worked a minimum of 2-3 years in a factory.
- Minimum 2 years as Sr. Merchandiser.
- Able to supervise a team of 2-3 Jr. Merchandisers.
- Good (if not excellent) in spoken and written English.
- Should be able to independently able to communicate with Buyers and factories, with minimal supervision.
- Should be able to identify and have working knowledge of different fabrics, wash techniques.
- As Sr. Merchandiser must be able to do costings.
- Familiarity with garment construction, and different sewing techniques.
- Willing to travel from time to time, to different locations/factories to supervise production from merchandising perspective atleast.
- Complete responsibility of entire cycle from sampling to shipment.
- Potential candidates from different provinces may also apply, not necessarily from Hangzhou.
