Working Experience & skill
- Holder of Bachelor Degree or above in related field.
-At least 7-8 years working experience in HR field and at least 2 years in senior management role in a sizable multinational company.
-Should be able to Take Charge of HR Division.
-To assist VP and Manager in developing and implementing policies and procedures, covering workforce planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, career development, staff welfare and staff relations etc.
Strong knowledge and experience in data analyzing ability to generate report, develop and implement policies.
-In-depth knowledge of HR strategic planning, employment laws and practices.

-Excellent interpersonal skills, self motivated, detail minded, able to work under pressure and with multi tasking ability.

-Good in both written and oral English
