Job Description:

-7-8 years of hands-on-experience in garment industry mainly focus on woven ladies garments.

- University graduate, proficient in both Chinese & English language

- In charge of core merchandising functions

- Monitor Critical Path & production status reports.

-Negotiate price and monitor order details and timeline

-Lead 3-5 Merchandising team members, good managing skills

-Able to cope with stress and heavy workload

-Team player and able to work with all levels of associates from different cultural background

-Good interpersonal/communication skill

-Experience in multinational corporations is definitely an advantage.

-Should be willing to travel for business development and controlling purposes.
