Mission:

This role will be responsible for leading the development of new process technology, optimization of existing process activities. As the technology competence owner, he is obligated to provide support and give suggestion to project, process and maintenance team

Job description

- Work with design department to solve process issue, ensure compatibility of processing methods.

- Organize the improvement for process in quality, cost and speed to meet the customer requirement.

- Works with global team for new line installation and qualification at Shanghai, may require travel to foreign country for training or assignment.

- Develop and optimize company equipment performance specification, company standards with headquarters.

- Trouble shooting and reengineering of production processes within the scope of requirements of new product design.

- Work with internal / external equipment manufacturers or other assembly center to improve current manufacturing process and development.

- This role will take technical expert on one or more of following technology: wire bonding, Laser welding, dispensing, revising, leakage test, and etc.

- Continuously training to manufacturing engineers, and TPM technicians in the special area.

- Drive and supervise the MES system implementation in shop floor, (eg. iTAC traceability software and SAP), cooperate with headquarter expert to achieve company target

Necessary requirements

1. B.S. degree or above, majoring in mechanics or other equivalent ones.

2. Experience with wire bonding, metal laser welding, dispensing, reviting, leakage test machine is an added advantage.

3. Solid understanding in equipment mechanics parts is preferred.

4. Working understanding of statistics/Six Sigma certification desirable.

5. Experience in performing GR&R, process DOE.

6. Failure Analysis skill, yield analysis

7. Good oral, written communications skills.

8. Fluent in English. German language skill is preferable.
