职位描述
Responsibilities:
-Build up and maintain long-term customer relationships incl. price and contract negotiations
-Identify new sales growth opportunities with existing customers, new customers and for new applications
-Increase sales of Schott Flat Glass in Asia
-Manage the quotation process (product calculation, quotation to customers, follow-up)
-Contact and visit customers and potential customers
-Closely work with departments such as logistics, sampling and quality to deal with
customer inquiries
-Provide input to sales planning and controlling process (sales budget, forecasting, monthly reporting)
Required:
-3-5 years work experience in sales (B to B) of industrial products and with a proven track record in selling technical products
-Understanding of technical products is a Must
-Work experience in a manufacturing company is a Must
-Work experience in selling high value products, selling via promoting advantages and not via low price is a Must
-Experience in building up and maintaining long-term customer relationships
-Experience in working in cross-functional and international teams, experience in working closely with all
related departments serving the customer (logistics, quality, production planning, production, finance etc.)
and with sales colleagues in sales offices
-Excellent skills in communication with people from different countries and different functions
-Willingness to travel in China and partly Asia to meet frequently with business partners
