Responsibility:
1:Training the skilled operators and qualify them
2:Participate the skilled operators selection and recruiting
3:Working closely with oversea technical experts,ensuring good communication flow and sustainable technology transfer
4:Evaluate existing processes and manufacturing systems to improve productivity and reduce scrap
5:Create,revise and improve internal working instruction and training documents
6:Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor

Experience and Competencies:
1:Bachelor degree in inorganic material engineering or related background.
2:Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
3:Ability to learn quickly and to train the skilled operators
4:Willing to work as a trainer and work with glass processing industry for pharmaceutical customers
5:Strong analytical skills and logic thinking
6:Knoeledge about lean manufacturing,TPM,Good manufacturing Practices(GMP)are an advantage.
