Main Responsibilities

1.Define specifications and develop glass materials and relevant competence according to the requirement of customers and market

2.Organize literature review, sample preparation, testings with internal and external resources and summarize technical reports and presentations

3.Provide technical support to internal and external customers, sales office, in the area of expertise

4.Identify opportunity of new applications and new products with customers.

5.Prepare patent analysis for specific areas and drat patents to secure IP positions

6.Drive project with planning, execution and reporting to achieve milestone and project targets.

Experience and Competencies

1.PhD degree of Inorganic Materials or related background

2.Familiar with materials development and analytical methods

3.Effective interpersonal communication skills

4.Ability to communicate in Chinese Putonghua, English

5.Self-motivated with good organization skills

6.Strong team spirit
