工作职责：
1、负责公司游戏数据库的日常监控及维护；
2、协助运营部门进行数据筛选；
3、协助组内成员完成其他事务性工作。
任职资格条件：
1、大学本科毕业一年或2012年度优秀应届毕业生，计算机相关专业；
2、强烈的责任心，具备良好的职业道德,良好的沟通能力,无任何不良记录；
3、掌握关系型数据库的知识原理,熟悉使用sql server2005或mysql；
4、掌握MSOFFICE-EXCLE的相关操作。
数据库开发工程师

工作职责：
1、设计数据库，根据需求设计出结构合理，宜于扩展的数据库；
2、维护数据库，制定完善的数据库备份方案，能快速进行数据库备份和恢复，保证业务的正常运行；
3、优化数据库，保证数据库高效稳定地运行；
4、开发与开发人员一起讨论提供方便使用的视图和存储过程；
5、掌握MSSQLSERVER 与 MYSQL互访机制。

任职资格条件：
1、大学本科以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2、2年以上中大型项目数据库管理维护经验.以SQL Server 数据库为主；

4、熟练设计数据库，深刻理解ER图，了解数据库范式；
5、可根据企业的实际情况，制定合适的数据库备份方案和权限分配策略；
6、熟索引和SQL语句的优化，和服务器的性能参数调整；
7、有丰富的新老系统数据迁移经验，制定迁移方案；
8、熟悉数据库的高可用性机制.(数据库复制分发,镜像处理,群集环境搭建)；
9、了解硬件网络基本结构,可以根据需求,协助网络部设计合理的数据库部署硬件环境。
