工作职责：
1、负责员工档案的建立、管理，及时给管理层提供信息支持；
2、负责员工电子信息库的建立，每周更新各类员工信息表格；
3、负责统筹管理公司员工每月考勤管理、监督前台完成每月考勤报表；
4、负责员工新进、试用、转正、晋升、转岗、离职管理；
5、负责公司劳动合同管理，合同新签和续签的办理工作；
6、负责员工社会保险和公积金的开户、汇缴、补缴、停缴工作；
7、负责公司人才引进相关工作，包括人才引进、居住证、暂住证办理等；
8、协助部门完成招聘工作：筛选简历、安排面试、面试流程控制等；
9、完成上司安排的其他工作、包括参与培训、绩效考核、企业文化建设等。

任职资格条件：
1、杭州户籍、1988年及以后出生；
2、大学专科或以上学历，一年以上人力资源相关工作经验；
3、熟悉相关的国家及地方政策、法规；
4、熟悉人力资源管理及行政事务的相关操作流程；
5、良好的Office软件运用能力和日常办公室英语运用能力；
6、良好的沟通能力和协调能力；
7、强烈的责任心和良好的抗压能力；
8、具有团队精神。
