行政专员

工作职责：
1、监督管理行政各项工作，保证公司行政事务有序进行；
2、负责公司行政固定供应商的挑选、询价、比较工作；
3、负责公司固定资产管理、维护工作，定期盘点公司固定资产；
4、负责公司办公用品的购买及保管，统计每月文具用品的使用情况；
5、负责公司员工名片的印制工作，公司印刷制品的管理工作；
6、负责公司各项采购事务、询价比较供应商，下单收货结账工作；
7、联系物业公司，与物业公司建立良好的关系；
8、保管公司各类行政合同，定期维护更新行政事务联系表；
9、配合人力资源专员关于公司企业文化建设工作，组织各项活动文体活动；
10、负责公司大型活动的企划、筹办、组织工作。
任职资格条件：
1、必须为杭州户籍、必须为1987年以后出生；
2、大学专科以上学历，二年以上外企相关工作经验；
3、形象好、气质佳、举止文雅大方；
4、掌握基本行政管理知识，行政事务的相关操作流程；
5、工作责任心强，具有良好的沟通表达能力和团队合作神；
6、认真负责，条理清楚，应变快，能及时处理突发事件；
7、良好的英语及计算机能力（Word、Excel、Powerpoint）。
