职位描述
岗位职责
1、对特种环氧产品进行市场调研,发现潜在客户,完成产品的销售,并推进公司产品品牌推广;
2、行业客户等级及分布分析以及公司产品在行业中的使用情况和竞争对手的区别;
3、重点客户、重点区域的开发计划的制定;
4、提供客户的售前、售中、售后服务;
5、对特种环氧树脂，电子胶黏剂及固化剂等相关行业的发展,提供发展方向建议。
任职资格：
1、本科以上学历，高分子材料等相关专业优先;
2、有销售工作经验3年以上，具有电气绝缘材料、复合材料、油墨、涂料等相关行业技术背景或销售经验者优先；
3、能够独立开发及维护客户；
4、具备良好的沟通技巧和说服能力，有独立的分析和解决问题的能力；
5、具备产品推广及项目管理能力，具良好的组织计划、沟通协调、商务谈判能力，具备很强的市场分析能力，商业感觉敏锐；
6、有良好销售技巧和心理素质，富有团队合作精神及敬业精神；
7、能够适应经常出差。
