Event Operations Department - Assistant Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Liaise with the internal Groups and suppliers on Operation and Logistics plan
Coordinate the writing & preparation of operation plan and equipments
Coordinate the management and training of any casual personnel
Coordinate and maintain software and hardware
Travel independently to various events throughout Greater China & South-East Asia
Assist other On Site staff where required at show
Manage customer during on-site and liaise with client during event where appropriate
Deliver complete statistical reports to the client at the end of the event
Job Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above
Fluent in Mandarin and English is a must (Written and Spoken)
Proactive, enthusiastic and work as part of the team
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to travel and able to work independently
Willingness to work overtime
Experience in event / conference / exhibition industry will be an advanage
