职位描述
在上海呼叫中心工作
工作职责：
1、负责接听及解答酒店客户上网问题的咨询电话。
2、两班制（8：00-20：00，20：00-8：00），做二休二。
4、负责受理咨询电话的跟进和报告。
5、定时参加总部技术人员的统一培训活动。
6、直接汇报给Call Center Supervisor。
职位要求：
1、粤/中文/英文口语交流表达无困难，学习能力强者可放宽对技术的要求；
2、理工科专科以上学历，计算机、通信、电子类等相关专业优先；
3、1年以上客服经验优先考虑或通信行业相关工作经验，有MSEC等认证证书者优先考虑；
4、具备英文基础,具备良好的服务意识，能与他人良好合作
