职位描述
有酒店、2年以上呼叫中心、计算机/通信行业等相关从业经历者优先。有大学英语四六级证书者优先。
3、英语读写能力良好，口语较流利者优先。有CET-4，CET-6证书者优先；
4、良好的服务意识和沟通协调能力
5、中文交流表达无困难，学习能力强
在上海CallCenter部门工作。
工作职责：
1、负责接听及解答酒店客户上网问题的咨询电话。
2、两班制（8：00-20：00，20：00-8：00），做二休二。
4、负责受理咨询电话的跟进和报告。
5、定时参加总部技术人员的统一培训活动。
职位要求：
1、专科以上学历；
3、英语读写能力良好，口语较流利者优先。有CET-4，CET-6证书者优先；
4、良好的服务意识和沟通协调能力
5、中文交流表达无困难，学习能力强
