If you know how to design and implement a range of drivers for DTV/STB system using Linux,
If you feel comfortable of supervising three to four junior engineers,
if you enjoy traveling to customer site and not only take pride in representing Broadcom in front of them confidently, but also able to solve difficult and complex issues effectively under big pressure,
If you know how to manage a project and how to work with other Broadcom teams such as Field Application Engineers, Sales, Marketing, Management, etc.,
If you are capable of expressing yourself very clearly, and more importantly, if you are able to listen and understand others, both in Chinese and English,

Job Requirements :
BSCS or BSEE with at least 5 years developing real-time embedded software in DTV and STB industrial.
Good understanding of Digital Video Decoding, Transport, Display technology.
Proficient in C and C++ programming.
Experience in debugging hardware.
Strong ability to apply software design process and methodology in development.
